Cannot create a case

When trying to add a patient , cannot do so due to ‘Status code 402’
How do I fix this?

i can only read casesm can´t create

402 means no subscription / requires payment

Though I have checked your account and it seems ok.

Can you please ensure you are on latest version of vpop 2.9.6 (or try the browser version at app.vpop-pro.com)
