How to cancel my subscription?

The trial period starts once you enter your payment details. You will be billed automatically after 14 days unless you cancel within that period.

iOS

If you paid for the subscription in the iOS (iPhone, iPad) version of vPOP
Please follow these instructions from Apple

MacOS, Windows, Browser

If you downloaded vPOP from our website and paid for the subscription in the MacOS, Windows or browser version of vPOP. Please follow these instructions

  1. Open vPOP PRO on your Mac, PC or online
  2. Sign-in if needed
  3. Click on your profile icon (top left corner)
  4. Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’

Canceling the subscription will not delete your account or cases. You can cancel and resubscribe at any time.

If you want to change from monthly to annual subscription - first cancel the subscription and then resubscribe using the annual plan.

I can’t find cancel subscription. Can you cancel it ?

if you do not have a cancel button, you probably are running the iOS version. Cancel instructions here: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
