In vPOP Pro go to your profile page (blue circle with your initials, top left).
- Click on the Reset Password button
- Check your spam folder for the reset email
- Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions

I would like to change the password of my account but I can’t find any Reset Password button neither through the app for ipad or through the website.

Hi,
Yes you can log out and when you come to log back in again, use email and password. Enter your email and tap “Forgot Password?”
This will send you a password reset request
