If I close a case on my iPhone and go back to it later on, some things have dissapeared

I’m guessing this might be because my iPhone is working offline at that point (or with bad network reception?) and vPop did not record my changes?

Hi, This sounds like a likely scenario - yes if the app is fully closed and there is no reception data can be lost.
