Incorrect scaling and loss of image manipulation data

Hi there
I am running version 2.9.2 (215) on my Windows desktop but also use my iPhone (same version).
Whilst trying to plan a TPLO today, vPOP kept losing my image manipulations - cut, measurements, plate (Arthrex).
It also (apparently randomly) mis-sized the plates i.e. the plates were not to scale on the radiograph.

Yes we had an issue with saving data - fixed this morning though.
